It is a spacious, sunlit double room available on the first floor. A key feature is the privacy: although there are four bedrooms upstairs, they are unoccupied over 90% of the time (as my children live abroad and only visit a few times a year). This means you will effectively have private use of the upstairs bathroom.
The ground floor is where I live, and we will share the well-equipped kitchen.
The house is perfectly located for commuting and daily convenience:
- 6-minute walk to New Eltham Station.
- Fast Trains to Zone 1: Approximately 18-25 minutes to London Bridge and 30 minutes to Charing Cross (direct services available).
- Local Amenities: A 5-10 minute walk takes you to a variety of supermarkets (including Co-op and local stores), convenient shops, and a great selection of Chinese and Western restaurants.
- Green Spaces: We are very close to the beautiful Avery Hill Park, perfect for morning jogs or weekend strolls.
