This 1960 town house, with large driveway, needs a family or 2 couples, 1 single people to rent the space for 6 weeks whilst I am away.

The area is handy for buses 382, 125, 34, 184. Connects to Arnos Grove tube and New Southgate overground. Surrounded by many nature walks and local shops.

Downstairs is fully equipped kitchen, living room / Diner, looks onto an open view of trees and sky, with patio/garden south facing.

Upstairs is bathroom with shower & toilet, plus 3 bedrooms. The kingsize double has en-suite shower/toilet plus desk space. The double room has extra space for office work/yoga mat. The smaller double has a queen-size bed, cupboard and desk.

Suitable for friends/couples who want a short term let. When I return on 26 February, the kingsize room will not be for rent, but the other rooms could remain available to rent for longer period. Probably till Easter.

The double room will ask for an extra £120 per month if two people sharing.

The bills are included, I request you are mindful about energy use. Wifi is included and works well. The house is warm and very comfortable and calm, in a quiet area a mile from Arnos Grove tube, or New Southgate train station, with bus stop 3 minutes walk.
