A lovely two bedroomed house in New Southgate N11 (zone 4 ). The room is occupied at present but will be available in September. It's a double room with a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and desk with chair. Fully equipped kitchen with separate bathroom and toilet. Large garden and driveway to park your car. It's a safe area and would suit a female who likes a peaceful quiet atmosphere. You will share with another female. I travel extensively so will only be around for short periods.
The nearest tube is Arnos Grove Piccadilly line. It's a 5 minute walk and bus 5 minutes to tube. It takes approximately 20 minutes to Oxford Circus and 15 minutes to Kings Cross by underground. Close to Woodgreen, Alexandra Park, Whetstone, North Finchley, Enfield. M25 and M1 close if driving.
A bit about me. I'm Welsh and a Muslim convert. I'm not here a lot so you will have use of the whole house with another female. I don't drink alcohol or eat pork so my home is alcohol and pork free. Also I prefer females. Apart from this I'm easy going.
