I am looking for a single professional lodger for this room. It is a large Double that is fully furnished with some extra stuff like a sofa etc.

There is a shared kitchen (Microwave, Gas stove top, Electric oven, toaster, kettle etc. The room has its own bathroom on the same floor. This bathroom is only for this room so although not ensuite you still get your own bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower box.

The room does come with off street parking.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Seven Kings Elizabeth line station and 10 minutes from Newbury Park station. Within a 15 minutes’ walk there is an Aldi, Lidl, Tesco Superstore and Sainsburys Superstore. On the Elizabeth line central London is 20 minutes away and Stratford is 10 minutes away. The room is quite spacious.
