The single room is suitable for one person and features a shared toilet and bath with a few others. With dimensions of 12.5 feet in length and 5.8 feet in width, there is ample space for a single bed, a wardrobe at the bottom, and a chair with a table for office work in the front.

Ideally, we seek a working professional or a diligent student with sufficient financial stability. This arrangement is especially fitting for those who prefer saving money, relaxing, and minimizing time spent on frequent cooking.

Pricing details are as follows:
- Long-term stay Monthly total: £615 inclusive all bills. Rent and deposit are required for the full long-term lease.
- Short-term stay (3-4 months): 8-10 % more than the long-term price, with flexibility on the deposit.
- 1 to 2 months short let: 15% extra on the total, no deposit for a one-month stay, or a small deposit for over a month with rent due 10 days before the following month.
- Holiday let (2 weeks to 25 days): £35 per night for one person, inclusive of everything and services.
