I am moving so the en suite room is up for grabs. The flat is about a song’s walk away from the Custom House station. There is a supermarket at the end of the street. The flat is quiet and sound proofed. No traffic, no plane sounds, no neighbours noise.
Currently the rent is £1000. In May, the rent will see a 10% increase for the entire flat.
Bills are low. About 60-80 per room – doesn’t change with the climate as its a fixed rate.
