from Stratford via Elizabeth Lane, offering easy access to three different train stations within a 10-13 minute walk. Additionally, there are 24/7 bus services, and Elizabeth Lane provides a quick route to central London.

The double room is suitable for one person and features a shared toilet and bath with a few others. With dimensions of 12.5 feet in length and 8.3 feet in width, there is ample space for a double room with a double bed, a wardrobe by the bed and 2 chairs with a foldable table for office work.

Ideally, we seek a working professional or a diligent student with sufficient financial stability. This arrangement is especially fitting for those who prefer saving money, relaxing, and minimising time spent on frequent cooking.

- Long-term stay Monthly total:

£730 P. M. inclusive all bills. Rent and deposit are required for the full long-term lease.
- Short-term stay (3-4 months): 5-8% more than the long-term price, with flexibility on the deposit.
- 1 to 2 months short let: 10-12% extra on the total, no deposit for a one-month stay, or a small deposit for over a month with rent due 10 days before the following month.
- Holiday let (2 weeks to 25 days): £45 per night for one person, inclusive of everything and services.
