The apartment is fully accessible by lifts and is furnished with a large balcony - with amazing views, along with a secure bike space. The Double room has a very comfortable double bed and is furnished with a, wardrobe, TV, and table. The bathroom is shared with myself. There is communal gym to use anytime .
I'm looking for a long term flatmate who is friendly, honest and professional and who wants a cosy home. The Ideal is a professional that very occasionally will work from home (once a month sort of thing rather than weekly) as I work quite a bit from home myself in the lounge and it can cause disruption. This my only real caveat for the room.
Location - 4 mins walk to Pudding Lane DLR station, then connections to Stratford around 7 minutes or City
Five minutes walk to bow road and bow church - district line.
Ten minutes by DLR, and you are in Canary Wharf.
Bus stop 2 minutes walk - direct to central London and other destination
