I am sadly moving out of my lovely little double room in this beautifully done 4 bed house in Plaistow.

The house is a 15 minute walk from Plaistow station, 20 minute walk to Canning Town station, and 2 minute walk out the front door for the 473 and 262 buses to and from Stratford. Really good location, quiet area.

All the housemates are working professionals so someone of a similar mindset would be ideal. There is a lovely outside patio area through some french doors out of the kitchen, a breakfast bar. you'll be sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate, with a bath, overhead and hand held shower.

The bedroom is a small double, with a wardrobe and bedside table.

I am looking to sell a bedroom kit that consists of:
2 x pillows
Mattress topper
Duvet
Duvet cover, pillowcases and bed sheet
Bedroom lamp

All bills are included in the rent.
