Starting from today 5th of March 2026 a cozy Double room will be available in a shared house in Zone 3, East London.

The location offers excellent connectivity, with three different train stations including the Elizabeth line, the Underground, and the Overground, each within a 10–12 minute walk from home. There are also nearby less 2 minutes walk 24/7 bus services, and the Elizabeth line provides fast access to central London in around 12–25 minutes.

The Double room is ideal for one person or very peaceful couple and it features shared bathroom facilities with 1-2 others. Room dimensions are 13.4 feet in length and 10.9 feet in width. It includes a comfortable Double bed , a large sized wardrobe by the bed, and 2 foldable chair with a small table for office work.

We are looking for a working professional or a responsible student with financial stability. Best for 1 person .
Pricing Options:

***. Long-term stay (6-12 months): £720 per month, all bills included.
Rent and deposit are must required, along with a positive reference for a long-term lease.

Couple without kids :- £900 a month including all bills + deposit . Only working and peaceful couple allowed .

***. Short-term stay (3-4 months): £750 per month for 1 person (8%) more than the long-term rate), . All bills included.+ no deposit but pay in advance . For more information please communicate .

***. 1-2 month short term stay: £780 per month ( a little bit more than long let without any restriction ) all bills included. Payment is required in full at the start of the stay, with no price adjustment available. No deposit required for a month stay even for 2 months stay no need as long as can make payment 2 weeks in advance for the following month. Very flexible.
