Rent a room in East London.

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in East London.
Flat is in a great location. 5mins walk to the DLR, 11mins to the Lizzie line and 8mins on the bus to the jubilee line (or 20mins walk).

💷Rent: £1000pcm
💡Bills: £120-£150 depending on season
🔐 Deposit: approx. 5 weeks rent
📦Move in date: 30th March 2026. Can be earlier if needed.

You’ll have to sign onto the tenancy agreement (subject to landlord references and checks). The tenancy ends March 2027.

The room is a good size and comes fully furnished. There’s also extra some storage space for you outside of the room. You’ll be sharing with An (25) who works full time and is only occasionally WFH. She’s friendly and social but also respects personal space. Bonus is she’s currently in a baking phase 🥐

The flat is clean and very cosy. Will be taking viewings from 31st Jan onwards.
