We have a room available, available from April.

The room is on the first floor and furnished with a European double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa chair, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and a desk.

The house will be shared by five people (including you); we have two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs).

The house is a mid-terrace house over two floors, tidy, clean, and quiet.
The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cooking equipment available.
There's also plenty of fridge and kitchen cupboard space for everyone - as well as a cosy dining table.

GREAT LOCATION, in the UK's most diverse borough, Newham.

Short walk to Upton Park underground station (District/Hammersmith &City Line).

Easy commute to several areas, including central London, Stratford, Greenwich, Beckton, Ilford, Canning Town, and many more.
Canning Town station is ca. 10min by bus. There you can catch DLR and Jubilee line.

Perfect location for people working in Canary Wharf (20min by bicycle) or studying at UEL or Queen Mary University.

Some other distances: 30min to Bank, 35min to Westminster, 40min to Oxford Circus

Of course, there's literally everything in walking distance (depending what you're looking for 1-10min) from the house - international food shops, markets, supermarkets, the post, clothing shops, pharmacies, dentists, building shops, banks, gyms, a park,... you name it 🙂 the road we live on is rather quiet though - no shops in this particular road - only family houses. The house is right opposite of a small park & playground.

We have a big kitchen and a small garden. The garden has a good size to have a barbecue in summer or to light a bonfire in winter.

We occasionally share meals or drinks, go to the cinema, etc.
Of course, none of these social activities is mandatory. We all lead busy lives and understand that home is primarily a base to recharge your inner batteries (or to work from home for some).

We want home to be a relaxing, welcoming place for all who live here! We're not a party house and all have full-time jobs.
