The house is 7 mins away from Dalston Kingsland station, 10 mins from Dalston Junction, 15 mins from Canonbury, a 3 minute walk from Newington Green with excellent bus links running also overnight to City, Central London, London Bridge, Wood Green, etc (N341, N21,236, N73, N141,476) as well as a bus stop right outside the house going towards Finsbury Park (236).
The flat is on a quiet street and the building also has a lift.
Rent is £625 per month inclusive of all bills.
