Newington Green Double Room

Double room available in stunning Newington Green flat, available from mid November.

We are looking for a replacement for our flatmate who is moving out. You’ll be sharing a large kitchen / living room area as well as the bathroom with a couple living in the second room. Two lovely guys in their thirties who like the flat to be clean and nice and are always willing to help. Not a party flat and a non-smoking flat.

The contract would be initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The price does NOT include bills.
You need to do a reference check, as well as pay a normal deposit (~1200£).

Excellent location in the middle of Newington Green with awesome pubs and restaurants around the corner. Tesco is 5 minutes away. Very well connected through many buses and 10 minutes away from Canonbury station.

The mid sized double room comes with a bedframe, a lamp, a wardrobe and some extra storage space. Pictures were taken when flat was newly furnished, so imagine the same furniture just with some wear and tear.
