One double room sub-let for 4 months January 5th to May 5th 2020.
The room is in a clean, friendly and bright house on Green Lanes. We’re lucky to have a big kitchen as well as a big, recently redecorated front room and a small spare room for guests to stay.
It is just 2 minute walk from Newington Green and Clissold Park. The road has loads of great pubs, cafes and is right next to Stoke Newington Church Street. There’s a gym nearby and we are right near the Castle Climbing centre where a few of us in the house regularly go. The neighbourhood is genuinely really lovely here, and it will be something I miss during my months away.
The bus stop right outside the house takes you to through central London to Waterloo and to London Bridge. We are also just next to Cannonbury overground and a short cycle/bus to Manor House & Finsbury Park which are both on the Piccadilly line. There is a Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury’s within walking distance, along with many good quality local stores and organic shops.
We are looking for a professional and someone over the age of 25 to take the room. As I said above we are a clean, friendly and respectful house and these are the most important qualities we're looking for in a potential sub-letter. We don’t smoke indoors and we can’t have pets.
I’ll need to take a deposit of one month’s rent before you move in. The rent is £530 per month not including bills. We share bills between quite a few of us here so they don’t come out too expensive.
