The Room:
The room is a spacious double room that comes furnished with 1 wardrobe. The double bed and extra wardrobe are mine however I can sell these to you for a small price. The bedroom has a large window that looks out to the garden. Being at the back of the house, it’s very quiet.
Flatmate:
Matt, a friendly 32 year old Australian, works in finance for a sports media company. The flat is pretty quiet during the week as he can work long hours however he is quite social on the weekends and is always keen for a chat & a beer.
