Ample-sized double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. There's plenty of room for an additional rail or bookshelf (those pictured not included). The room is lit by a skylight – it's south-facing so gets a nice amount of light!

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen/dining area and a gorgeous outdoor patio / roof terrace which gets the sun all day long ☀️🌱

You'll be sharing with two friendly females – a copywriter and a wellness entrepreneur. Both are lovely and chatty while also respectful of peoples' space!

Newington Green is a fantastic location with a chill, cosy feel and lots of nice cafés, little shops, Italian delis and green spaces. Walking distance to Dalston, Stoke Newington, Clissold Park, De Beauvoir Town and Angel.
