I've got two rooms available from mid-august. The rooms are available separately or if two mates want to take one each that's cool too.

Room 1: Large double, £660 per month available from the 9th of August. (This move in date can be a week earlier if needed) 3.3mx3.3m. Really bright room, tonnes of space to work from home if needed, brand new bed just installed.

Room 2: Small double, £590 per month available from the 16th of August. 2.7mx2.9m. Integrated clothes rails and hanging shelves, which are a great space saver. Super quiet at night.

Flat is nice and bright and it's a really great area, 4 mins walk to Newington green, 15 to Stoke Newington. Tonnes of really nice cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants around. Good connections to the city with busses 73, 236, 341, 476 about 5 mins walk away. Dalston is also about 15 mins walk away.

The lease runs till 29th March 2021 though there will probably be an option to renew for another year.

If you cycle there is an option to rent a bike hanger outside for about £40 a year.

Fully furnished.

Bills not included, varies but around £80 p/m

No couples plz.

Bit about me: I'm a full-time junior video editor in advertising and short form. Love rugby, basketball, pints, cooking, music.
Currently working part-time from home due to covid but this will change when things are back to normal.

Looking for people with good energy who will be a good fit for the house.
