Lovely, furnished double room available in Dalston, conveniently located five minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland overground and seven minutes from Dalston Junction.

The room overlooks the garden with a balcony (we have garden furniture for the summer) and comes with a large double bed, tonnes of storage space and a dresser/desk suitable for working from home.

The property is placed within walking distance of both Newington Green and Kingsland/Stoke Newington Road with all its’ cafes, bars, restaurants and more, plus two major grocery stores (M&S and Sainsbury’s) within 10 minutes walk of the flat.

Flatmates love to cook for eachother (but no pressure! plus veggie & meat eaters with two fridge freezers), hang out, watch movies and all work in music. We do like to spend time together but respect eachother's privacy too, especially during work hours. Also shared weights / excercise mats for Covid times when the gyms are shut (1kg to 14kg).
