Double Room in Newington Green £623+ some bills

Double room available from 16th Feb (slightly flexible on this) in our lovely Newington Green house as I am leaving after 3 years to move in with my boyfriend.

We are a 10 min walk to Canonbury & Dalston junction overground & 15/20 min walk to Highbury & Islington Victoria line & a quick bus to Manor House (Piccadilly Line). Great bus links to most of London too.

We are around the corner from Clissold Park which is great for some outdoor space and a short walk into Stoke Newingtons Church Street with lots of lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops. (When they are back open that is) Newington Green itself now has lots of lovely restaurants and cafes too and we are we are a 10 minute walk from Dalston.

You would be sharing with 3 others, all in their mid twenties. Working in marketing,, publishing and recruiting. We are a sociable house and watch tv and have dinner together sometimes but also equally all have our own things going on so no pressure!

Rent is £623+ some bills
