Lovely double room to rent in Stoke Newington N16, very close to Newington Green roundabout in a fully furnished house.

This is an offer for someone who is interested to take the room for around 5 days a week or that has a main place where he/she lives with his/her family.
It does not matter if you are staying Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Monday or whatever is your preference, The reason for that is that I will leave some personal items in the room, therefore the room is for someone who does not carry too much with but need the place when is working in London and then goes back home on the weekends or free time.

The bedroom is well sized and is located on the first floor. Windows are modern and well insulated. The room is for one person only, no couples/sharers.
Very clean house, close to shops.

3 Minutes walk to Bus stops going to City or Angel and further central London.
10 minutes walk to the overground. The area has become increasingly lively in the recent years and now there are many amazing restaurant and independent shops around the corner, plus the popular Dalston and Stoke Newington Church Street are just few minutes walk away.
Clissold Park, which is one of the most beautiful parks in North London is also only 15 minutes walk distance.

You would share the flat with a man in his 60s, who is a quiet and very friendly person. The bathroom upstairs would be almost exclusively for you as he uses the one downstairs.

In order to apply you MUST be clean, tidy, respectful, NON smoker with a full time job. If you do not fulfil these requirements do not apply because you would waste your time.
Once you live in this flat, you will realise it is the best place you could ever have moved in.
