Beautiful rooms in stylish house

We have a beautiful designer home, with very nice furniture. The rooms are furnished. Please write about yourself when you are interested, as we want to find someone who fits into the house.
We are a family being posted for work abroad and want to rent out our spare guest rooms.
We have beautiful big Victorian house located twelve minutes away from the vibrant city center and with beautiful garden.
Our house has a big kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms.

There is 1 room available from 11th of April. We would like to use the house as a family 2-3 weeks in the summer and 1 week at Christmas (in that time no rent needs the be paid). The monthly rent for this room is £1200, with additional charges for cleaning lady (15-20£ per week), plus 50£ for utilities.

In the house are 2 other very nice young professionals.

We are seeking quiet, neat, and trustworthy persons to live in our home. We value our home greatly, and we trust that the person we choose will treat it with the utmost care. We do not want parties in the house.

In terms of transportation, the house is conveniently located in Aden Grove in London N16 9NP, UK, in a very cool and trendy area, just a 5-minute walk from Clissold Park. Despite being close to the city center, the street remains quiet, providing a peaceful living environment.
