Beautiful large double room in newington green

I am looking for a housemate to move into a beautiful 2/3 bed maisonette with me in newington green.

The flat 🏡
The flat is spread across two floors with a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom 1 on the first floor and three rooms upstairs, plus an additional bathroom.

There is a large communal garden out the back, which we have a specific plot in to enjoy in summer.

While it’s a 3 bedroom flat, the landlord does not want to rent the third out and therefore we would have an extra room as a guest room/ office/ studio space.

The area 📍
Newington green is one of my favourite places in London, between Dalston and Highbury and Islington and with the overground station a 5 minute walk away, you can get to most places within 30 minutes.

The green itself also has a whole bunch of great brunch places, coffee shops and local pubs.

Abit about me 😃

I’m Jenn, from the north east of England and I’ve been in London 5 years. I work for a fintech in shoreditch and when I’m not at work you can find me out eating, drinking or usually running. I’m pretty sociable, so looking for someone who’s happy to hangout a little when we’re both free or share the occasional dinner with but also has their own thing going on.
