Fully furnished double room available for single occupancy. Double bed with new mattress, desk with chair and good sized wardrobe.

The room is available immediately on a short term basis. Also open to Monday-Friday tenants.

THE FLAT
2 bedroom top floor flat in a secure 4 storey building in an excellent location. We’re a few minutes walk from Newington Green, Debeauvoir Town and Dalston. Genuinely good coffee and amazing pubs nearby.
Really well connected - a bus from our doorstep goes to Bank/London Bridge, 1 minute walk to buses into Soho/Central London. Less than 10 mins walk to Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and Canonbury Overground Stations. Google says it’s a 20 min walk to Highbury and Islington Overground and Tube stations but we do it in 15.
There isn’t a lift in the building.

ABOUT US
You’ll be sharing with an Australian couple. Taylar is 35 and works most days in the office. Nikki is 34 and works most days in the office and a few work from home days. We love to get stuck into a good Netflix series, eating out, traveling, dogs and cosy pubs. Between us we’re usually out an evening or two during the week and out and about on weekends - usually down to Broadway Market or Debeauvoir Deli for lunch then catching up with friends and often have weekends away.
