I'm looking to sublet my room from the 8th of February to the 8th of March. Open to slight Flexibility on dates, or several weeks rather than the full month.
The flat is a lovely basement flat with 2 courtyards out the front which let in plenty of light. We also have a large kitchen, dish washer, and washer/dryer.
I live with 3 lovely flatmates who could be yours for a month! There is also a current resident kitten called Miso, so if you're allergic then maybe stay clear!
The room is large with a double bed, desk, french doors and ensuite. I'll make sure to make space in the wardrobe for your things!
The rent is £1200 for the full month including bills.
