I have a double room available in my two bed flat. The room comes completely furnished with decor from Dusk and Made. com. You’ll have reign over the wardrobe outside the room (pictured).

The flat has a kitchen (fully stocked), living room, WC and separate shower room. Free bike storage is available. Building entry is via fob system.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Newington Green which has gorgeous cafes (Jolene, Brags and Brams), restaurants (Perilla, Cadet), green grocers, butcher and delis!! Little Tesco is opposite the flat.

We’re roughly equidistant between Dalston Kingsland and Canonbury Overground stations (10 min walk). Dalston Junction is a little further (12 mins) and you can speed walk to Highbury and Islington in 20 mins.

Walkable distance to Clissold Park, Stoke Newington, Angel, London Fields, Broadway Market.

Would love to find a like minded housemate. I’m pretty active, frequently running and enjoy the occasional F45 class. Love trying out the local restaurants or heading to the Army & Navy for a bevvie. Currently watching the Traitors so fellow watcher would be a ++.

I work as a consultant. I’m in the office minimum Tues-Thurs and would preferably have someone with a similar working pattern.
