King Si Double in Mid Century Home, NewingtonGreen

We are two house trained & sociable guys looking for a 3rd person, somebody cool & chilled to live with. Ideally looking for a relaxed self-contained independent individual, sociable & who likes a laugh & good conversation, somebody to share a meal with from time to time. Maybe a professional but that’s not set in stone.

We live in a mid century, mid terrace house, modern, warm & uncluttered. There's a great kitchen/diner with a table that seats 10, fab for a dinner party, a seperate sitting room & rear garden with a deck & garden furniture. There is a shower room downstairs & a bathroom upstairs.

The room available is a generous double with a king size bed. There is good storage & the room also has a desk & chair. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the house overlooking the garden.


Green conscious household here, so we would appreciate if our new housemate would contribute(or better still, improve) our efforts & regime!



The house is situated 3mins from Newington Green which has many excellent restaurants coffee shops & convenience stores. 
It’s a 5mins walk to Dalston which is one of Londons trendiest night spots!! Here also u will find all the high street stores, supermarkets banks etc u may need.
It’s 5mins walk to Dalston Kingsland & 7mins walk to both Dalston Junction & Canonbury stations.

All bills are included except our cleaner which comes twice a month.. Thats £25 each every second week.
No smoking indoors! Full fibre broadband throughout the house.
