Sunny ensuite room in Newington Green 🩷

We have a double room going in our lovely Newington Green flat! The room has an ensuite and gets all day sun.

You’d be living with two 26 year old kiwi girls, Natacha and Sarah. We’ve lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it - it’s modern, warm and super quiet as it’s down a cul de sac.

We’re looking for someone around our age who is keen to be a friend as well as a flatmate. We’re super clean and tidy so looking for someone like minded, and we love going to the gym, watching films together, and going out for meals. We cook together once a week so you’d be most welcome to join in on that! 🧑‍🍳

The flat is super close to Dalston, Islington, and the green itself. It’s such a nice area to live and is well connected by buses and the overground. The room includes a bed, a wardrobe and a mirror.

Move in is from Feb 25th onwards. We’re open to couples (but would probably adjust the rent slightly to make it a bit fairer), just ask :)
