The flat currently has only 3 residents (including myself), so the shared kitchen is quiet and spacious. The room comes fully furnished, and all bills are included in the rent.

The building offers excellent facilities including on-site laundry, communal lounge areas, and secure entry. A Tesco Express is located downstairs, with cafes and restaurants nearby.

The location has good transport links with easy access to central London, making it convenient for students attending universities such as UCL, KCL, LSE, and City, University of London, as well as summer language courses.
