Room in spacious Stoke Newington flat from Apr 15

Hello!

We have a room available in our lovely flat in Newington Green from the 15th of April.

The flat is fully furnished, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen and a lovely spacious open plan living room/dining area.

Newington Green is a lovely little area with nice restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs nearby as well as great parks. It feels quiet, but also very close to more lively areas - Dalston/ Stoke newington. There is a Tesco express just across the road, and loads of great local shops near. The closest overground is a 10 minute walk to either Canonbury or Dalston Kingsland station. Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) is the closest tube which is a 20min speed walk.

You’d be living with me (Charlie) and my partner Tanith. We are both in our mid/late 20’s. We are relaxed house mates, and like to keep the house pretty clean. We enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, but are also out quite often in the evenings as we both work in hospitality.

We are looking for someone respectful, friendly, tidy and nice.
