Hi there! My room is available for a three month sublet starting APRIL 27th till beginning of August as I have to go away for work. Rent is 700 PCM (negotiable).
It is a two-floor house, only 5 mins walk from Newington Green park and main cafes (Jolene etc).
We are also 10-12 walk from Dalston Kingsland and 20 mins from Highbury&Islington, so location couldn't be better!
You will share the flat with two girls in their 20s, working professionals.
