A double bedroom is available for rent in a four bedroom house set back from the road, with a garden. The house is over three stories and fully furnished throughout. It has a large shared living room leading to a back garden, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, there's a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with shower. Kitchen, downstairs W/C &, bathroom were renovated 3 years ago.

We're located in a very convenient area, off Newington Green road, 10-15 mins bus journey to Angel, Highbury & Islington and Dalston stations. 7 minutes walk to Cannonbury over ground station. Loads of buses also going to central London, City, and Kings Cross including 341, 476, 73, 21, 141 and 236.

Newington Green is a lovely area, with a nice green surrounded by lovely cafes, patisserie, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers etc. Directly across the road from the house you will find a very popular fruit & veg shop, post office, newsagents, pharmacy & health food shop.

The current tenants are two males and one female in our late 20's/30's. We are happy to get a girl or guy. We are a friendly household that enjoy each other's company over the occasional Netflix series and a glass of wine together. We also throw the occasional party and BBQs during the warm months.

Ideally we are looking for somebody sociable who would like to rent for the longer term. Very important that we get someone who is clean and tidy who will clean up after themselves but also chip in and do the extra bits that need doing for the house so we have a happy living space.

The rent is £570pcm excluding all bills, which work out at approximately £150 each month (less in summer) per flatmate, including all utilities, communal cooking supplies, cleaning products, broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a weekly cleaner for communal areas. The deposit is £430. Agency reference check will need to be passed.
