Beautiful large double with extensive storage in lovely shared house. We’re looking for someone to share our beautiful, tidy, four-floor, four-bedroom house with large garden, in Newington Green, with two lovely housemates.

Room is on the top floor, south facing, sharing a bathroom with one other (female). It measures 4.5m x 4m, is fully furnished with wall-to-wall built-in cupboards, and has space for large desk. Rent is £925/ month plus bills available from 1 Aug, with some flexibility on dates (bills roughly £175/ month including cleaner, gardener, Netflix/ AmzPrime and all utilities).

We’d like to find a friendly, considerate, tidy person as our third housemate, to share with Hannah (33, digital marketing) and Hugo (46, journalist, owner). Hugo will be away in Wales for most of the summer. We have a spare room we use for guests and as an office (the library can also be used as an office).

We enjoy eating together and hanging out but have active social lives independently. We have made a lovely home where everyone is tidy, respectful and mucks in with chores. We are looking for the right person to replace our much-loved friend Tegan who is moving back with her parents.

The four-floor house, over 2,100 sq ft, includes 4 bathrooms, a 70ft garden (with a patio and fire pit) and two floors of communal space.

This comprises large open-plan kitchen with log burner (see video) opening onto the beautiful garden. Above that is the double reception room comprising a library at one end and a lounge (with projector and log burner) at the other.

Location: Half way between the great restaurants and bars of Newington Green and the supermarkets/ bar/ shops/ restaurants of Kingsland High Road. 5m walk Dalston Kingsland station, 10m walk Dalston Junction station, 15m walk Highbury and Islington station (Victoria Line).
