Bright single room in a newly refurbished flat

Hi all! We have a nice, bright, and comfortable single room for rent in a newly refurbished maisonette in the heart of Newington Green.

Downstairs, there is a big kitchen with a new washing machine & everything else you'd hope to find in a kitchen - usually including some wine :) There's also a spacious living room with a dining table, sofa, a selection of books, and a TV with Netflix. And a big balcony.

Upstairs you find three bedrooms and a separate bathroom and toilet. Everything fresh and clean, the walls were painted this month (August 2019).

We have broadband.

The location is great - 10-15 minutes by bus to either Angel, Finsbury Park, or Manor House stations, or a 7-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland (overground). Loads of buses, including night buses, just around the cornder. And plenty of cool pubs/bars/restaurants/clubs within a walking distance.

Current flatmates are myself (Joanna) and Zoe; we are easy-going and look for someone like-minded. It feels like home here, we both take care of the flat, and would ideally like to find someone who'd stay here longer-term.
