Large double in beautiful, friendly house

Two-month let from 1 March, large double with huge storage in stunning four floor house in Newington Green.

We're looking for a friendly, considerate housemate for two months in our lovely four-bedroom house in Newington Green.

£1000 pcm plus bills (est £110-£130 pcm). Room dimensions 4.5m x 5.1m.

Shared bathroom with Hannah, 33 social media exec. Other housemate Hugo (male, owner), 47, journalist. We keep one bedroom free for guests and as an office. The library is also available to use as an office.

We enjoy eating together and hanging out but have active social lives independently (government guidance permitting ;)

The house is over 4 floors, includes 4 bathrooms and a 70ft garden including patio and fire pit. The house has 2 floors of communal living including a large open plan kitchen/diner opening onto the garden and a double reception room (library at the back; lounge, with projector, at the front). Both have working log burners. All the usuals: wi-fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cleaner etc.

Location: Half way between the great restaurants and bars of Newington Green and the everything of Kingsland High Road. 5m walk Dalston Kingsland station, 10m walk Dalston Junction station, 15m walk Highbury and Islington station (Victoria Line).
