Lovely Double Bedroom on Green Lanes

The house.

Spacious three story terraced house on Green Lanes. The house is formed of three double bedrooms, one utility room, bathroom, and top floor kitchen, and a huge living room with high ceilings. There is also indoor bicycle storage in the entrance.

The room.

Beautiful east-facing double room, the largest of the three bedrooms. The room looks out over Green Lanes, so some street noise is inevitable, but our landlady is installing double glazing on the window within the next few days (as of 13.11.20). The room can come furnished with the bed and wardrobe (see pictures), or unfurnished.

The flatmates.

Two 30 year old guys of homosexual orientation. One actor, one ceramicist. Both sociable, friendly, and respectful.

Located minutes away from Church Street, Clissold Park, Dalston Junction, Highbury Fields, and more places of note.

Nearest Underground (time): Manor House (1.8km, straight out the front door and on one bus, at Manor House in 9 minutes, traffic permitting)
