Bright double room in Newington Green house.

Room to let in a gorgeous shared house a few moments from Newington Green, Canonbury, Clissold Park and Church Street.

This is a 4 bedroom house. There are currently 2 rooms available. My room is situated downstairs. The remaining housemates will be one girl and one guy, who are 30- & 40-something working professionals. The house is relaxed but we're responsible and house proud, clean, respectful. We're looking for someone who will consider it a home.

The room is bright, quiet, airy and situated on the ground floor of the house. I'm not the best photographer - the room is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Overall, it's incredible value for the price as well.

The house is full of period features. The living room at the front catches the afternoon light. We have a large garden, a roomy shed, and an awesome garden dining table.

The official tenancy date begins 9th May; but an earlier move-in date might be possible.

Bills are not included and are roughly £100 a month.
