Current tenants
Two long standing mates from university, both young professionals living in London for a while.
Very social living situation, most weeknights in the living room and chilling out. Mainly out at weekends in pubs and socialising.

Looking for someone to replace another friend who is moving out.
Ideal person would be chilled, sociable, outgoing and clean/tidy - houseproud and respectful will be key.


We love going out for a beer or to play pool and someone who wants to tag along would be welcome.

Caveat from the rental agency is you need to be in full time employment and not in probation.
