The flat is extremely quiet, bright and very well insulated. There's a large living room with an open kitchen, additional storage space available and coming all furnished (see pictures). It also comes with a private space on the parking lot.

The property is within short walking distance (less than a minute) from stops to bus lines 77, 87, 196 and 452. 5 to 10 minutes away are Vauxhall and Stockwell stations, and soon-to-be opened Nine Elms station on the Northern Line (2 minutes walking).

Last but not least there is a large Sainsbury's just 2 minutes walking.

About us: we're a quiet couple, mostly being very busy with work and outside hobbies or social life.

There's plenty of room in the flat and we've always made sure during the last few years that we have been flat sharing with other people to let them have all the privacy, quiet and space needed.
