The flat is in an amazing location, 10 mins walk from Vauxhall station. less than 2 mins from the new Nine Elms underground station (should be opening this year). Large Sainsbury's next to Nine Elms station and 20 mins walk from Battersea Park.

This beautiful flat has just been renovated, with dark wood flooring throughout, a brand new built-in fully equipped kitchen and a stylish new bathroom with a large shower.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished with a hand-made wooden bed and new mattress, wardrobe with full-length mirror, chest of draws and desk.

There is an outside terrace/balcony that we share with the flat below. Bikes can be stored out there, and it is lovely for a summer evening and some tasty bops.

We are two sisters - one civil servant, the other a PhD student. We are looking for a fun, chill flatmate who wants to feel at home. We are social and relaxed, cook together sometimes, but share some wine fairly often. We like to host (non-pandemic times) and have friends around on the weekends and would like to have someone who would be comfortable having their friends over too. We're both pretty active going to the gym, doing yoga and roller skating.
