Double-room available in new built property in Nine Elms within Gladwin Tower (50 Wandsworth Road, SW8 2LF).

The flat is located on the 6th floor of Gladwin tower with a nice view on the City. Modern appliances, balcony and wood flooring throughout (incl. in bedrooms). Access to communal gym and concierge service.

I am occupying the en-suite double room and the spare double room is available via the signing of a new joint contract with the landlord (you’ll need to provide references). There is a second separate bathroom just for you.

The apartment is in an excellent state of repair. Furnishing is currently limited but happy to buy some new items with you. The spare room features no wardrobe but the landlord will provide an allowance for you to buy one.

I am a 26-yo French finance professional working in real estate private equity. Aside from work (working long hours), I play squash and I have a strong interest in fashion. I also like to travel, meet my friends for coffee or beers and party (house parties, clubs & festivals - rap, house, disco & techno). I am a social and respectful person keen to spend time with my flat mate and who likes to live in a clean environment (would be keen to take a cleaner to help though). Looking for someone with a similar mindset.
