Located in 1930s Council Building with secure gated entry system on safe community estate adjacent Larkhill park. Excellent commuting with 10 mins walk to Stockwell/Nine Elms tube or 5 minute bus from Nine Elms/Vauxhall Tube & Station.

Would suit someone looking to work in London during week and go home to outside town at the weekend.

Target rent £500 month plus bills (£75 subject to change by agreement depending on energy prices).

Looking for friendly, tidy & respectful professional with medium-long term commitment. No couples sorry. Working from home possible by agreement with increase towards bill contribution to reflect electric/gas use in Winter. The flat is a nice one, newly done up but compact so it will suit someone professional, good natured and considerate.

Landlord is Male (35) professional working in office 9-7ish but WFH with approx 1 day a week every now and then. Interest in history, countryside, occasional pub and gaming. I'm a fairly relaxed chap so looking for someone nice and considerate. Basically ideally would have someone to call it a home from home for a few days a week, but happy to be realistic about this. I'd prefer my lodger not to have people over except by prior arrangement but I wouldn't object it happening now and then if they were nice and considerate.

Private room with some storage (chest of drawers and option for part use of a wardrobe. The room would be yours during the week and there is storage space. Lodger would be welcome to leave a bit of stuff behind over the weekend to avoid carting bed linen etc up and down.

I will need access to room on weekends as I have some stuff in the other drawers/stored under the bed. I may also have the odd friend/family member stay over at weekends but would ensure the room was kept tidy and clean linen was on the bed afterwards, etc so as not to inconvenience you.

Flat has new electrics, heating, double glazing, sitting room, kitchen and separate shower bathroom and WC. Virgin Wifi.
