Double Room + Ensuite in a Modern Build

Hey there!

A nice modern double room + ensuite in a 2 bed has become available. The building is called Stewarts Lodge I'm looking for a couple to replace the couple I've been living with for 3 years.

The two main things that make things flat a great place...
1. This is located within Zone 1 and with a 10-15 min walk to the Northern, Victoria lines, and Overground. As well as multiple bus routes in and out of Central London.
2. The price of rent & bills is 30% then the market average due to splitting between 3 people
3. With me being on the tenancy for 4+ years, I've got a great relationship with the agency and landlord. If we ask for something to be added to the flat or pricing to be adjusted they always meet in the middle.

What I'm like as a flatmate...I work mostly from home(I work in tech)but most evenings I'm either out at the gym, an event or having dinner. I'm British/Canadian, I'm very laidback, either playing PS5 or watching a series. Fitness is a big part of my life and I tend to travel every 3 months or spend long weekends in places.

I'm looking for a gay couple that is similar, has a sense of humor, and is looking for a relaxed environment to live in. I want this to place be where you can call it home not just a place to live.
