Hi! We are looking for a new person to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Nine Elms.

Rent is £1000, plus around £115 a month for bills. Available from the 1st of May.

Close to Nine Elms station on the Northern Line (6 minute walk) and Vauxhall train station (15-20 minute walk). There is also a a massive Sainsbury’s, PureGym, a small Tesco, and a Gail’s nearby.

This cosy room with lots of windows/light comes fully furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, a vanity/desk, and built-in storage/shelving. The room also has an adjacent en-suite bathroom (pictured with turquoise tiles) but this does need to be accessible for other housemates if and when needed. There is also built-in storage outside of the room and you can use the communal area to wfh too, if needed.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living/dining room (incl. washer & dishwasher), and a lovely outdoor terrace. Parking is available right outside.

You’d be living with two 23 year old girls - Abby and me, Caroline. We’re looking for someone to join that flat who is relaxed, clean/tidy, sociable and considerate. We would love to live with someone who would be open to doing things together as a flat, like trips to the pub, or summer bbqs on the terrace, but very much appreciate everyone has busy jobs/lives and will respect that too. We have become good friends since living together and would be more than happy to get to know our new housemate in the same way and want to have a warm, friendly but relaxed vibe.
