Hello! We have two spacious double rooms available in Nine Elms. It is a nice residential street, 7 min walk from Nine elms station and 12 min walk from Stockwell station.✨

Rent: £1000pcm
Bills: Not included however average at about £130pcm
Deposit: £1000

My flatmate and I are planning to move out at the end of March, due to moving closer to work, leaving behind a lovely 27 year old man. He is a sociable person who loves sports and running (including a lovely run club). He works in central London and spends a lot of time out of the house.

There is a spacious kitchen & shared bathroom for all three bedrooms. There is one bedroom on the same floor as the kitchen & bathroom and another upstairs. There is a large living room with two couches, a table and a tv which is very cosy and perfect for chilled nights in. The bedrooms are double rooms with plenty of storage.
