About us:
- You'll be taking over my room; I am a master's student who is visiting home for a bit
- Roommates: a female PhD student and a young male professional, both very warm and open
- we like to keep the flat cozy and tidy

About the flat:
- In Zone 1, close walking distance (0-15min) to Nine elms, Vauxhall, Stockwell, and Battersea stations (+the Thames :)
- 5-10 min walk to big grocery, libraries, cafes, off license, great portuguese, and an amazing chippie
- 3rd floor and corner unit (no elevator) so despite being in a well-connected area, it is quiet
- room is spacious for 1 person and fully furnished (bed+100% down/cotton sheets, desk, drawers+closet, lighting, mirrors)
- shared bathroom and shower

Amenities: wifi, heating, in-unit washer, full kitchen access, security (fob and locks), outdoor playground and green areas
