The 3 other girls (24-29) you would be sharing with are super friendly, 2 are occupational therapists and one works in the city.
They have hobbies in the week so value their own time and would be good for the other person to be similar but are always willing
to catch up/chill in the evenings in the flat.

The flat is £765 without bills. Bills range between 100-125 depending on the time of year.

The room is really spacious and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small shelving unit. (Some of the furniture/photos in room are mine)

The flat is in a super location with the following transport links
- 10 mins to Nine Elms (Northern Line)
- 12 mins to Stockwell (Victoria and Northern line)
- Bus stops couple mins away on main road
- Under 10 mins to Overground at Wandsworth Station

It is also 20 mins away from
Clapham Common and Battersea Power Station with plenty of nice coffee shops, bar, restaurants etc.

The landlord is great and responds quickly to any issues, they will just requires you to have a job with a proof of contract/payslips to be part of the contract.
