An en suite, spacious double room

We are an easy going, friendly family looking for a house mate to live in a lovely, spacious , clean house. We both work in the education sector and usually quite busy.

House is located at SW16, nearest train station is Norbury (10 minutes walk), bus stop is 2 minutes (250). Lots of green space nearby, Bigginwood, Streatham Common, Rookery, Norbury Park.

The room is situated on the first floor and it is recently refurbished with an en suite wet room. The room is airy and spacious. There is a large chest of drawers present in the room for storage which is not visible on the pictures. The house is kept quite clean, we have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas weekly. Price includes this. We have a lovely, large back garden with lots of space to eat, read, chill etc.

We are looking for someone who is easygoing and friendly. We do like socialising with our house mates at the weekends. We like cooking and bbqs in the garden.

It is a very safe environment for anyone who wants to stay in this place.
