Double room SW16 nr Norbury stn

We have a double room available for a female lodger in our house. The room is appx. 3m x 3m and is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard, small table and chair. My wife, son and I live here with our cat in what is quite a large house. There are 2 WC's, 1 has a shower the other has a bath with built in shower. We have a small garden, a newly fitted large kitchen and a dining room to share. Washing machine and ironing facilities all available as is fast wifi.. We are just a few minutes walk from Lidl and Norbury station which has trains to Victoria and London Bridge, there is also a very handy shop opposite. Our house is quiet, clean and tidy.
