Part-furnished big double room in lovely house!

The Room

One of our housemates is moving out (boo!), but it means we have one big double room to fill (yay!).

We have a lovely, big house and is an absolute bargain to be living somewhere so nice (and with housemates who are so awesome). 🏡

- THE ROOM -

We have one double room available for £764 a month.

It is a massive double room (the biggest in the house!) with x2 huge built in wardrobes and a big bay window.
The bed, white drawers and desk are not staying, but if you would like to keep the bedside tables and shelf then happy to discuss!


There is also the option to purchase a bed and mattress from Jamie (who’s moving out).

This room shares a bathroom with just one other person as we have 2 bathrooms (and a downstairs loo)

- ABOUT US -

We are a sociable 4 bedroom house and enjoy film nights, board games, nights in with cocktails and nights out. 🍹

We are looking for the right person so we don’t mind if it is a girl or a guy.

Who are we?:

Lucie very much enjoys being active, and going to the gym. She's big into reading and galleries (any book recs are always welcome) and is a coffee aficionado. She works as a Civil Servant and also works half at home / in the office.

Daisy works as an SEO content creator for a tech start up. She mostly works from home but goes into the office about once a week. She's into her running and is a fab cook so something always smells good!

Janice moved to the UK in June 2022 and hasn’t left the Heatherset house since. She’s Namibian and works for one of the big four accounting firms. She loves being active and her favorite sports include surfing and kitesurfing.

- ABOUT THE HOUSE -

The house is massive, spacious, bright and airy (perfect for gatherings and dinner parties!) and we have a lovely big garden for BBQs in the summer (which gets a lot of sun, perfect for a glass of wine after work, or bottle...) ☀️

We also have a big garage for storing any bikes/crap, as well as free (albeit limited) parking on the roads if you have a car. We have a driveway but currently Daisy's car lives there, but there's room on the road in front.

It is in a perfect location, the quiet side away from the high street, but so close to shops, and only 5 mins walk to Norbury station (although Lucie reckons she can do it in 3) which goes into Clapham Junction, Victoria, and London Bridge 🚂

We have a cleaner who comes every other week for the communal areas and bathrooms, so the place is spotless and so lovely to be in.

Our landlord is also a really nice guy, and very on the ball if anything breaks, and he is also young so knows what it’s like to rent in London!

We’re looking for some nice, sociable people who are clean, tidy and respectful, and are up for film nights and takeaways with us! (We make sure we do at least one movie/takeaway night a month from our calendar of random country's pictures 🗺🗓).
